Nature is very much all around in most areas of Helsinki. I like that.
While the city keeps expanding and an actual skyline is forming, you never need to go far to get rid of whatever crowds we may have and get a bit of tranquility in.
This is one such place and one I often come to.
Rain
The downpour does not usually feel tropical in Finland. This time it did.
Fitting end to a pretty hot summer - the colder weather is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Sigh.
See you next year, happy times outside.
Päijänne
Two days on an island - during the best crab season, no less.

More of L.A
Camera: Fuji X100F
I love LA. With all of its craziness, imperfections, contrast and palm trees. Obviously a very multifaceted city, but nonetheless, I enjoy the vibe.
Los Angeles

Venice beach and the skaters. Cliché, yes, but also a very real thing and something I’ve always gone to see whenever I’ve been in town.

A not so grand reopening of my visual journal
Been a long while since I did this. The world has changed.
It’s been a rather discouraging 1,5 years, to say the least, but so be it - new things ahead, hopefully.
Inspiration has come and gone and come again.
That said, I still live and breathe images. I can’t let it go.
These images were shot while on a walk in eastern Helsinki on a sunny afternoon.
