Following the massive earthquake that struck Nepal in April 2015, a group of Thamel-born men setup an organisation to rebuild the area near their homes.

A seven story building collapsed on top of the centuries old fresh water fountain area leaving the area in complete ruins. As the government's focus was mainly on other areas of Nepal, this source for fresh water was all but ignored in the official rebuilding efforts.

After a huge deal of personal effort as well as volunteer aid, the group has finally managed to get the government involved as well and rebuilding is currently proceeding with a steady pace (As of April 2016).

As the earthquake struck Nepal, buildings fell and thousands were affected. A group of young men living in Kathmandu, without proper equipment or resources, are trying their hardest to build back their neighbourhood to the state it was before the quake.
